Dr. Lv is the founder and CEO of Sumgen Biotech, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to his role. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Zhejiang University and a Ph.D. in Immunology. Throughout his career, Dr. Lv has made significant contributions in the field of genetically engineered antibody research.
Under Dr. Lv's leadership, Sumgen has successfully undertaken major projects in drug development and research. His expertise has resulted in the acquisition of over 10 national invention patents, with additional patents currently under review. He has also published his research findings in respected scientific journals. Furthermore, Dr. Lv has successfully advanced eight innovative drugs to the clinical stage.
Dr. Lv actively participates in professional associations such as the Specialized Committee on Monoclonal Antibodies of the China Medical Biotechnology Association (CMBA) and the Specialized Committee on Biopharmacy of the Zhejiang Pharmaceutical Association. Dr. Lv's accomplishments have earned him various honors and awards. He was recognized as a talent under the Hangzhou Riverside "5050" Plan and acknowledged as a leading talent in the "Innovative and Entrepreneur Talents Project • E-town Talents." Additionally, he was honored as an outstanding young talent of a Class B High-caliber Talent of Hangzhou. In 2020, he was selected as the annual entrepreneur of Hangzhou, and in 2021, he received the title of "Innovative Businessman of Zhejiang."

Dr. Miao serves as a co-founder and Senior Vice President (SVP) at Sumgen, with responsibilities encompassing CMC research, non-clinical studies, and regulatory affairs for antibody-based therapeutics. He holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) and a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST). Prior to joining Sumgen, Dr. Miao held the position of Director at the Biological Drug Research Institute of Hisun Pharmaceutical.
Dr. Miao has contributed to the successful R&D, registration, and industrialization of several antibody drugs. With over 10 years of experience in CMC research, non-clinical studies, and regulatory affairs, Dr. Miao possesses expertise in upstream and downstream process development for antibody drugs.

She has led several national research projects, including prestigious initiatives such as national "major new drug development projects". Dr. Ding has also published numerous papers in SCI journals and obtained multiple national invention patents, showcasing her dedication and innovation in the pharmaceutical field.
